His self deprecating comments were a bit excessive, but I enjoyed their dynamic overall. Interested to see where it goes!

This manga is a perfect dive into idol fandom culture. It's cheesy and cute and just spot-on. Every idol fan has dreamt of what it would be like to meet their bias offstage and this manga tackles this fantasy in a humorous and charming way. The art style is great and the story makes me want to read more.

I believe I’ve found myself another favourite manga series ㅠㅠ <3333 The way I could relate so hard with the main female lead of this!
Utage has always been a huge fan of Tamon, a charming and handsome member of the famous group called F/ACE. She had dedicated her life and time fangirling over this idol, and would sacrifice anything for his sake. While looking for extra income to support her fangirling business, she ended up becoming Tamon’s new housekeeper. But instead of meeting the same charming man like she often saw on stage, Tamon’s actual personality was terrifyingly gloomy and pessimistic.
Being a fangirl of many idols myself, I am aware that idols are mostly very different when they’re off-stage. But the duality between on-stage and off-stage Tamon was so starkly different to the point that it was truly hilarious. He had almost zero self-confidence and most definitely had anxiety as well, yet somehow he’s still able to pull off the charming act when on-stage. It’s really cute to see how hard he tried his best for the sake of his fans, despite the fear of being hated.
As much as I love Tamon, I love our main female character more <3 Utage’s dedication towards supporting Tamon puts my fangirling efforts to shame, but I do relate with her passion in it still! (note: I’m basically her but I live for Plave <333) It’s amazing to see how she was able to comfort Tamon during his gloomy moments–even getting the approval of his manager too! There were times when she could not contain herself from fangirling in front of his face, but somehow I find that utterly adorable.
I just love these two so much, and I can’t wait for their friendship/relationship to develop. I’m curious about the rest of the members of F/ACE too! I’m definitely getting the English physical copy of this manga soon once it’s published so that I can scream more about how cute this story is <333333

I don't really have much of an opinion on this series thus far. It was very wattpad-y in the way that the female protagonist gets a job as a housemaid and her client happens to be her favorite idol. She learns that the idol who presents himself as a sexy heartthrob is actually a gloomy recluse. I would also find Tamon's duality amusing, if his self-deprecating comments weren't over the top. I did buy the second volume, so I will see if I like how the series develops.
