This book definitely had Gravity Fall vibes to it with some of the lore. It was a fun read for the most part, it does deal with some heavier topics; which are written well into the plot.
It did feel like it was more on the younger side of YA all the while having more new adult topics so that was a bit confusing. I just didn’t connect with the characters as much as I thought and found it hard to like some of the main ones.
Overall though I would recommend this to someone who likes young adult books with queer paranormal plots.
