Did I know what was going on in the first half of the book? No. No, I didn't. Did I enjoy every second of it? Yes, I did. This story is completely bonkers and totally unhinged, and yet endearing? I just had a lot of fun. Romily was such an interesting character whose POV through which we experience the story. He is mute, so that adds a very interesting aspect to the story since he is the narrator. There's plenty of humor and lots of action. There is a heavy dose of insta-love in this one, but for some reason, when a story is completely ridiculous, I'm totally fine with that. This was such a unique reading experience for me, and I was here for the over the top antics. I just had a lot of fun.
