Well, I can't believe the Percy Jackson universe finally came to an end... it makes me feel so nostalgic and, no lie, I cried while reading the last paragraph, these books are so special to me, they have a special place in my heart, and the characters mean so much for me...
I was 14 or 15 years old when I read The Lightning Thief, when I noticed, I had read the PJO, HOO, TKC and started to read the Magnus Chase & the Gods of Asgard series (which just started to be published on Spanish when I discovered these books) I may not have been a decade in the fandom, but in four years these series have marked me.
All the character development, I felt like I've been growing up and matturing while I read these characters move un, grow up, make important decisions —Percy and Annabeth are about to start college, and I'll finish High School the next semester—, is just... I'm being so nostalgic right now I can't even think straight.
This was a good end, although it let me a door opened to the possible Solangelo trilogy that Rick talked about a while ago.
Ah, I think I'll come back to finish this when I stop crying, THIS WAS JUST TOO MUCH.
