In a whirlwind decision, she takes off on a spontaneous trip with a younger, handsome quarterback friend, Mason. One thing leads to another, and the two find themselves bound together for the next three months. What could go wrong?

This was such a great read! Every book in this series has been a solid 4.5 stars for me, but this one is my favorite so far. Sorel and Mason have amazing chemistry. Mason’s flirty and fun nature really brings out the best in Sorel. I absolutely hated the behavior of her ex-fiancé and best friend.

I’m also obsessed with a man who will do anything for the FMC, and Mason made me swoon. He was all in from the beginning, waited for his chance, and showed Sorel what it truly means to be loved. The scene where they shouted at each other was so powerful, and I appreciated how Sorel’s journey with trust was handled. By the end, her trust in Mason felt earned and beautiful, especially after everything she had been through. It was such a rewarding moment to witness her realization of what love should feel like. Lastly the audiobook was fantastic highly recommend.
