I adored this book.

All of the gothic themes, the romance, the mystery, the lore...it was an absolute delight.

Visually, I kept imagining the world in only black and gray, with the exception of everyone's eyes. All of their eyes were bright and vibrant.

I love it when a writer can impact my mind so efficiently.
