I’m diving straight into the review. First off, the FMC, Harlow, surprised me with her confidence, even though she’s a virgin. I actually enjoyed her fun, innocent side; she seemed eager to learn and wasn’t afraid to discuss intimate topics. It was refreshing to read. Waylon, the MMC, has a twin brother who stresses him out due to their shared past and his brother’s behavior when drinking. Waylon is a protector and always tries to be there for his brother, but it’s not always easy.

I feel Harlow and Waylon complement each other well, bonding over shared family struggles and past traumas. The dynamic where the MMC teaches the FMC about intimacy was deliciously written. This is my first book by this author, and it definitely won’t be my last. I really enjoyed the audiobook and highly recommend it if you’re considering picking it up.
