This was a cute little cozy mystery. The sleuthing began after Kait crashes a funeral and the girl's step-brother confides in her that he doesn't believe the official story. That this boy recognizes Kait is one thing. That he happens to be the most popular boy at school and is interested in pairing up with Kait to solve the mystery is on another level. 

The two begin digging into the step-sister's life and end up discovering she's not the only co-ed to OD. A mutual friend of the dead girls becomes the target of their investigation. Now if they could just get the police ylto take them seriously!
