This was such a great account of the life of our founding father without a father. An easy read, even though it was very dense in historical fact. Ron Chernow knows how to keep a reader interested! Many times I had to ask why I didn't pay more attention in school when it came to the founding of our nation. I started the book to find lyrical inspiration used in the musical, Hamilton. I wasn't disappointed... But it quickly went beyond the musical. I can appreciate the biography separately and I plan on reading more Ron Chernow books.
