I thought that this book was pretty decent. It's worth the read if you like his Richard Bachman books. I believe that Thinner actually teaches you a lesson by the time you finish it. Which is different from alot of his books, in my opinion anyway. However, I can't say Thinner was one of my favorite books by him but I don't hate it either. So if you have already read some of Stephen King's books or even just Richard Bachman books, then I was recommend it. However, I don't recommend this if you have never read a Stephen King book just because it's so different from his other stuff.
