The plot of this book is fantastic—it kept me gripped from start to finish. It’s gritty and raw, with twists that constantly keep you guessing. Hailey is in the dark about the bigger picture, missing crucial memories that hold the key to the real truth. I feel she is such an innocent character, and the trauma she’s endured since her mother’s death really made me feel for her.

Carter also known as Nash, I absolutely loved his protective and possessive side, especially as he struggles with giving in to temptation while Hailey is his target. As he starts to get to know her and pieces of her story come to light, it becomes clear there’s more going on than meets the eye.

I just need more answers! I’ve already downloaded the next book and can’t wait to dive into it soon.
