I listened to this on Audible and would recommend the experience to others. This book had an entire cast voice acting the characters, which really made it fun to listen to.

The book opens with a familiar trope. The Chosen One is fighting the Evil One, only this time the Chosen One fails. Fast forward fifteen years or so to a world where the Evil One celebrates his triumph by forcing the Chosen One to endure public ridicule once a year. There's a party and everything.

Super cute and fun.
