Unfortunately not quite what I was looking for. The main characters are and behave really young. Some serious issues are discussed please check the trigger warnings.

I could not find a review that said it clearly so in the spoiler I will put whether this is polyam
 
It is not, it is mentioned and one of the characters ends up in a polyan relationship just not with the others.
