Did I enjoy this? Yes. Absolutely. But it was also kind of messy? There was a lot going on here.  The overarching plot of a school district trying to silence and hide away queer students was very much needed and is very much a reality. This story is equal parts queer joy and queer rage, and I loved that. This book analyzes so many different relationships. Ezra and his dad, Ezra and his BFFs Lucas and Finley, Ezra and his ex Presley, Ezra and his new interest Jackson, Ezra and his fellow queer students, and Ezra with his new paranormal relationships via social media. It's a lot. I enjoyed most of it, but I think the author tried stuffing too much into the story. Overall, this is a great and enjoyable queer coming-of-age story that I really liked, but didn't love due to the overstuffing of plot points to the story. I will definitely be on this author's lookout in the future.
