This story follows Blair and Caleb, two people destined for each other. Coming from very religious backgrounds and bound by tradition, they once fell out of love and divorced. Years later, an emergency brings them back together when Blair is rushed to the hospital, and Caleb is listed as her emergency contact. Now, forced together by chance, what could go wrong?

This was a great read. I’ve never read a story about a divorced couple finding their way back to each other before. Blair and Caleb were best friends growing up, brought together by family values. They married young but grew apart due to a lack of communication. The plot is very character-driven, with a strong focus on their journey. I have to say, the spice was both delicious and intimate. Overall, it was an enjoyable read!
