I liked this one just a touch more than the first book, mostly because of the neurodivergent rep. It was so well done, and I felt so seen. I really empathized with Alex. Alex and Kai are both great characters, and I had fun reading about their shenanigans. They ended up being so sweet together, and I loved how patient and understanding Kai was of Alex, with his various struggles and trauma. This group of roommates is so ridiculous, but I kind of love it? This series doesn't take itself too seriously, and that's kind of why I enjoy it. This one was also a LOT kinkier than book one, so that was definitely an adventure. All in all, I had a good time, so this was a win.
