Jon Billman takes great care in representing the people that go lost in the wild lands and their families. This book is thorough and informative, emotional but still inspiring. Jon captures human wonder from all angles, and his use of storytelling mixed with facts results in a very effective method for sharing the sad but somehow still hopeful story of a father searching for his lost son.
