As a fan of the mrs_angemi Instagram account and a subscriber of The Gross Room, it was only natural for me to preorder this book for myself and for my sister to read on her maternity leave. And what a delight it was to finally get it in the mail. It is a thick book, with colorful, glossy pages filled with photos and descriptions of fascinating pathologies. I have no medical background whatsoever, so Nicole's IG, TGR, and this book has taught me a lot about the human body.

This book would also make a great gift to friends or family members who present interest in morbid anatomy. ;)
