Got through about 150 pages and just couldn't do it anymore. Endless amounts of nothing. On top of it, Madame drives me insane. This is again one of those "perfect" classics that I am just not liking. I get that it is a commentary on class and other important stuff, but it is just too boring. Actually, after reading wikipedia it appears that it was finally going to get interesting because I stopped just before the affairs started, but really life is too short to read books I don't like.
