i went into this book thinking it would be a romance and it really wasn’t. to me it was more a book about friendship and how your family are the people you choose

it’s crazy to me how different both timelines ended up, yet how similar they were at the same time

i also really liked how hannah ended up with two different men in both timelines, yet gabby ended up with jesse in both. hannah never really believed in soulmates, and gabby always did, so i kind of loved how we didn’t get the answer on whether soulmates exist or not, because there is no right answer

tbh i was about to give this book three stars because like. hannah was bland, the romances felt underdeveloped (especially henry) and i simply wasn’t attached to the story, but the last two chapters wrapped it up SO well that i bumped it up a whole star
