I was so pleasantly surprised by this. What I got wasn't what I expected, and it just ended up being so good. I loved the vibes. It's very low-key, low angst, and low stakes. It's equal parts comfy, cozy, and super spicy. The rep is great. We have a poly relationship between 2 trans women and 1 trans man. The dynamics between them all are super interesting, and the POV of the time period (1940s upstate New York) was also intriguing to see. The subject matter was handled rather well. The story is pretty low on plot, but it's still such a captivating read, in my opinion. It's a perfect little quick and spicy read that's very easy for your brain.
