Too short. I want more!
This was such a creepy tale of a ship, the Atargatis, and the hundred humans in it, all lost to the sea in what seemed like a mermaid invasion. According to the footage left, that is.
Imagine network has commissioned a documentary to the Mariana Trench, hoping to prove the existence of mermaids. What the crew didn't take into account is that besides the "beautiful women" part of the legend, mermaids were also known to have led sailors to their deaths.
Well-write short story. I hope the author will expand this, or at least come up with an accompanying piece because I definitely need more to satisfy my now piqued curiosity.
