I had this book as a mystery pick in a readathon, and I'm so glad it was chosen for me by the universe, as this book is no less than a 5-star read and a firm new favourite. I know that I will be thinking of this book for a very long time.
It is so cosy and heartwarming, and also emotional - I did cry at several points in the book. It really goes to show that these novellas are not to be underestimated.
I really enjoy branching into sci-fi, even though I'm not well versed in the genre. I thought this writing style was beautiful but also very accessible and easy to follow.
I didn't want this book to end, and the best part is there is a sequel! I am so looking forward to seeing what Sibling Dex and Mosscap get up to next in A Prayer for the Crown-Shy.
