Payback's a Witch by Lana Harper
Did not finish book. Stopped at 49%.
DNF'ed at page 167.
The blurb made it sound like adult Triwizarding Tournament with bisexual MC & LI including the issue of returning home after years of studying in Chicago and working there.
The reality is that it’s boring, confusing and exhausting to read. Everything feels extremely forces. I couldn’t care less for any character and the budding romance between Em and Talia is so stilted and boring. Despite claiming it multiple times, there’s no spark.
