I love Charlie and Nick and visiting their story again was absolutely glorious. They warm my heart.
Once again the drawings are super cute and the story is so well written. I raced through this volume while crying a surprising amount. Nick’s emotional journey really hit home.
This series is so important for all the wonderful representation it is doing for so many things. I loved the way it handled Charlie’s mental health in this issue. While not shying away from the pain it causes him and the people who love him, it’s hopeful. That means so much.
This volume has been wonderful!
