After reading a thousand splendid suns I have finally read the kite runner and it was such a heartbreaking  story. Watching Amor and Hassan’s relationship crumble because of Amir’s selfish and seeing him go through his redemption was bittersweet. We have all been an Amir; selfish and immature but just like him, we are all capable of doing good.  Both Amir and Hassan are character I cannot forget.
