This book gave exactly what I expected it to give, and a bit more. I saw a booktok girlie bawling her eyes out over Exodus, so naturally, I had to read the series. I love emotional trauma by book. I was not expecting to fall in love with these characters. And with how the past week has been, I needed this escape.
