The 3rd book in the Kings of Sin series and I'm finally up to date with this series in terms of publication. This instalment follows Alessandra and Dominic, and their marriage in turmoil with a second chance romance. Personally I haven't had the chance to read many books which follow these tropes but I do really like them. 
I really liked the character development in this book of both Alé and Dom, and even though some choices and decisions made by them were poor, I really think they were relatable and their issues were believable.
I also really liked the cameo appearances of other characters in the Ana Huang universe, and there is a big surprise with another couple which I loved.
I enjoy Ana Huang's writing style and pacing, I think this has the potential to be a very strong romance series. I am really looking forward to continuing on with this series when King of Sloth is released in April 2024.
