Thanks to Random House for the free advance copy of this book.
- IVELIZ EXPLAINS IT ALL is a middle grade novel in verse, and it knocked the breath out of me.
- You're deep in it with Iveliz as she grapples with anger, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and people who say they love her but think she doesn't need medication to get through the day.
- I wanted to hug Iveliz, to cry with her, to tell her it's okay to have enormous feelings about enormous things. I think this book is so important to have for this age group. I'm very glad it exists.
