"Her entire life, she’s been so concerned with how things seem to be. Keeping up appearances. Having it all, the house with the carved pumpkin so everybody knew they’d done it. And yet. What was it all for?”

What would you do if you saw your son murder someone, but the next morning you woke up and it hadn't happened yet? What if you kept waking up each day, further in the past?

Wrong Place Wrong Time is filled with a mother's love, willingness to do whatever it takes for their child, and guilt. The guilt that I sometimes feel as a working mom, missing special moments while I'm at work. Am I doing enough? Does my child know I love them? Do they know I'd do anything for them? All of these things are feelings our FMC Jen feels after she witnesses her son kill a man.

Jenn travels back in time each day, trying to find the catalyst for this murder. Each time she wakes up, she's not sure what she will discover - heartbreak, lies, betrayal, secrets.

I really truly enjoyed this story! It had so many twists and turns that I was NOT expecting and I loved it. It kept me on my toes the entire time and I couldn't put it down. I connected with the FMC a lot when it came to her feelings about motherhood and the lengths a mother will go for her child. I could feel the fierce love she had for her son through the page and I thought it was brilliant.

I highly recommend if you want a mystery filled with twists - and a little bit of time travel!

"Run, run, as fast as you can...after I catch you, you won't be able to stand."

I can't tell you how long I've been waiting to read this book. Actually, I can. 8 January 2024. How do I know this? BECAUSE I FINISHED BOOK 1 IN ONE DAY AND I IMMEDIATELY NEEDED BOOK 2!

I absolutely LOVE this series. It has everything my twisted little heart could ever want: why choose, TWINS, dark tortured past, age gap (but not too much of a gap), mystery and murder.

I love Luz as the FMC. She is such a bad ass and handles Alister, Nixon, Locke, and Everest with perfection. I have to admit, Everest is my favorite of the guys. He is just pure psycho and I am 100% sure I could fix him (*cue TSwift singing "but daddy I love him."*)

The twists and turn in the books are GIVING and keeping me on my toes. I am constantly trying to figure stuff out but I never can. It ended on the biggest cliffhanger and I am not ok. I won't be ok until I get the next book. I need book 3 injected into my veins ASAP. Please and thank you.

Thank you L.M. Ramirez for the ARC! You are a queen and I hope you write spicy, why choose books forever and ever.
