I’m so thankful for receiving this arc, thank you Berkley!

This book was such a surprise, while I wholeheartedly went into reading this with the expectation of a big wedding fiasco of Miles and Daphne (fake) dating each other after their exes decided to get together and ruin their lives and drama coming down at the big wedding event… this book was so much more than that. With Miles wanting Daphne to fall in love with this place she moved to because of her ex, the new friends she’s made and the way that he showed her that she is indeed loved, melted my heart. Daph reassuring Miles that he can feel the worst parts and not deflect, that he’s happiness also matters aside from the sadness was so heartwarming. The love confessions had me weak at the knees and in tears.

I loved this book so much!
