Charlotte and the Cozy Cottage: A Rumpelstiltskin Retelling by Abigail Manning

This was a wonderful Retelling of Rumpelstiltskin with lots of wonderful characters and it also does a great job of bringing the fall season into the story. I have loved every fairy tale retelling by Abigail Manning that I have read so far and this one met my high expectations as well. Charlotte's cat Gourd was a fun sidekick and I really enjoyed the way things developed between Charlotte & Crow. The epilogue was a fun way of tying things up. I look forward to reading more from this multi author series as well as many more of Abigail Manning's retellings.

This was a really fun Retelling of Puss in Boots and I loved all the characters and seeing how everything came together in the end. Kitty and Puss had a fun relationship to read about and he was such an interesting cat and sidekick that I enjoyed whenever he decided to grace us readers with his presence. Constantin was a really good character as well and I enjoyed reading about him and seeing how him and Kitty grew closer during the story. I look forward to reading more Grimm Academy stories in the future.

This was my first book by Nyla Lily and I thought it was a fun and quick age-gap instalove autumn story that captures some of the season. Daryl’s 2 dogs were also a fun addition to the story.

Grayson & Simone were a fun couple in this most recent addition to this series of instalove stories and I liked how they both wanted to make sure the other felt comfortable being themselves without needed to adjust their usual behavior or language for the other. I am looking forward to reading the next one especially with it be a Halloween story.

I really enjoyed reading about Zane & Ella in this instalove short story and thought the epilogue at the end was amusing. I am looking forward to reading the next book about Grayson & Simone especially after the brief mention that Zane made about Grayson.

I enjoyed this romantasy Retelling of Snow White and getting to know both Evan and Snow during the story. I thought the twist of Snow having magic was interesting and I look forward to seeing what other fairy tale retellings this series has in the future.

This was my first book by Vala Stone and I really enjoyed the story as well as all the characters. Ziv the cat was also an entertaining side kick. The epilogue at the end tied things together and left the story in a good place.

This was a fun story to read and I enjoyed the harvest festival scenes. Darcy and Elizabeth were entertaining and the epilogue at the end a year later was an enjoyable way to wrap the story up.
