While the book seems a little all over the place, there were some inspiring sections that - as a runner myself - I found heartwarming.

The first story of the book does not grasp you, but the following three are emotional and pull you into the world.

The book is well written and has really important messages - however, I felt as though I didn't learn anything new, because I'm already active in this space. It did help me reflect on my privilege, provide me with new ways to explain big difficult topics like capitalism, and included some emotional reflections on humanity.
