I shook my head a lot at this book. I enjoyed it but I also didn't? I don't even know if that makes sense. There were good parts and it was a good story and the main characters had growth but I didn't really like them or any of the characters.

This was a beautiful book! The writing reminded me of Rebecca Ross and Stephanie Garber - fantastical, magical, whimsical. Also loved the strong fmc and fun setting!

"About three things I was absolutely positive. First, Edward was a vampire. Second, there was a part of him - and I didn't know how potent that part might be - that thirsted for my blood. And third, I was unconditionally and irrevocably in love with him."

The pet names super irked me. I also like the brother's best friend or teammate trope but when the brother is overly bothered or protective...that also irked me. But besides that, it was cute and enjoyable! Ian was such a sweetheart.

This was like a mix of Knives Out and Clue in this super fun locked in murder mystery! I actually kinda wish the romance wasn't focused on as much cause I was just living for the mystery!!

I was eating this upppppppp. So many loveable characters. Even characters who you love then hate, characters you hate and then love. Everything was awesome.
