Even though this book is heart breaking since it is based on a true story this was a story that needed to be told. It’s hard to think that these horrible things were done to people.

This story could have used a little more detail of Lale’s life but learning that it was written down toward the end of his life that makes sense why it’s written the way it is. Now to read Cilka’s Journey (Book 2).

Thank you to NetGalley for this ARC copy. I loved Reading Rainbow as a show but this book was a good insight into the show. I was not as wowed as I had hoped to be but this was an informative read.

Thank you to NetGalley and Random House Publishing for a ARC copy of this book.

I loved the Last Mrs. Parrish and this book was also great. This was a great book that was told from multiple POV's Amber, Daphne and Daisy Ann. It was an interesting story line and I loved every minute of it.

I don't want to spoil any of this book so pick it up to see what happens to Amber and Jackson and also to see what happens to Daphne, the girls and Daisy Ann

This was a great book. I liked Dean and Cora's story after the trauma. This is worth the read.
