“It just feels like I am risking everything, and you are risking nothing, and you are the one who’s walking away and it doesn’t feel fair.”

-Priest, Chapter 14, pg. 189

I would fuck her until she felt like she was mine. I would fuck her until she couldn’t walk away. I would fuck her until I couldn’t walk away.

I definitely agree with the review belong this one. The author rambled more than necessary.

I knew this wouldn't be his darkest book since I was able to listen to the audiobook version of it on Amazon. But based on everyone's reviews, I thought it would have been significantly more gruesome than what it was. Regardless, it was a good book. I saw the twist a mile away because of how short the story itself is but that doesn't diminish the story.
