The Unmaking of June Farrow by Adrienne Young
First of all this book was so good and so well written. My one complaint though is that the time travel aspect did not make sense. June went through the door in 2024 and met Eamon and had a child with him in 1946 and then left in 1950. Then in 2023 a younger version of herself goes through the door in 1951 and Eamon and her child are still there. She stays there with them at the end of the book but realistically wouldn't she need to go back through to 2023 so that in 2024 she could go through the door and actually meet Eamon and have the child? Because if not how did the version of herself in 2024 get there? Other than that though this book was so good I was just left a little confused by this.

This book was so disappointing because it was so good until the 15 year old victim was painted as the abuser and the 42 year old pedophile who married her is painted as the victim. I do not understand why this book is so highly rated with this plot point.
