This was fine. I liked Evan a lot, and I’ll admit he grew up a lot over the course of this book. At first to impress Gen but it seemed he did it for himself afterwards too.

The pace of this was weird. Some parts fast others slow.
Decent enough concept but it missed the mark

I feel like 3 stars is generous. I hate when relationships are started with a lie… but the grovelling was decent enough.

It was tough to get into this. I had to take a lot of breaks , but here we are.

Characters weren’t anything special.
Cooper was a small town guy with tattoos who has a chip on his shoulder. His parents sucked, but he has a brother and uncle who are there for him. Make it work, ya know?

Mackenzie grew up in wealth, and is whining about being forced to go to college. Like you’re 20… I get you have a business of your own but like take a business course or two to maybe help yourself down the road? What’s the big deal.

Admittedly, there was good character growth near the end. But the ending itself was abrupt AF.

This was so sweet and heartfelt! All of the tropes included in this were perfection.
Cal’s relationship with his sister makes my heart so happy. And him and Grace, I just swoon.

Tattoo tough guy with a heart of gold, and a sunshine ballerina win a tragic past. But they are perfect together. They bring the light out in each other, and are each others safe space.

A classic boss-assistant romance. Maddox is a tough guy with a soft heart once he accepts that he loves Georgia. He was so sweet with the Christmas presents…

She called him BossMan too many times for my liking. Like almost had to stop reading because it was too much

Ummm I need a cold shower.

This is all dirty talk, and all spicy smut.

That being said, plot was interesting!!

We love Patrick - he can degrade me any day

I hate to say it, but I’m disappointed.

I really expected more? I don’t know.

I wanted more of Cal and Iris’ relationship as well.

This is a second chance romance, as Cal struggled with addiction. I honestly don’t think we knew this from the previous books. I know he had ADHD and was the “irresponsible” sibling.

Alana and Cami are sweethearts, and I know Cal loves them and only wants the best.

Team Declan forever tho

Cute a quick read.

High school friends; with some pining on one side. She moves back to town right next to his business. He helps in a golden retriever kind of way (as the Reid boys do) and is always there to lend a hand.

This was such a sweet, funny, feel-good rom com romance!

Friends to lovers, workplace romance.

Luke and Layla have been in each others friend zone for three years now but neither know the other feels the same. So when they go on a work retreat, all bets are off. Risks and jumps are taken.
