I've really enjoyed this author's video content in the past but in written form I found this book kind of condescending/patronizing and not really very helpful. Maybe I'm just not in the right place to need the validation she's handing out and at another time in my life I'd find it super helpful. As it stands, I thought the book was well intentioned but mediocre.
