I adore when queer authors write queer characters. This story was so beautiful

While this book was not my favorite of the series, I still really enjoyed it. I loved seeing all the past characters come back to play a role in this book! Especially seeing Maddox, Diego, and Valentine!! I love those three so much and I still wish they had a full book themselves 💗
Shane and Andres were cute and I’m glad that the secrecy of identities was resolved earlier than I thought; I thought for sure that it would have taken a little longer. I’m excited to read the next in the series!

I am obsessed with this whole series, it took me awhile to come back to it but I am obsessed with these two. I love the whole concept of the vampires in this world. It is a tiny bit long but overall I enjoyed it and will follow the rest of the series.

This was by far the best book in the series. Honestly, you could read it as a standalone as I feel it covers the MCs from the other books well enough to understand the background. The T4T representation is great. Sometimes I feel like T4T is written really cringy, and a trans person it is great to see it addressed well in a way that is uplifting but also not putting too much focus on it. The care is in the way the characters address outwardly and think about each other. It’s not a flaw or plot point for a charger to work through, it is just there as they go about their lives.

Probably my favorite in this series!
I'm always here for a T4T romance, and agree with the 'cat and mouse' description of how this was marketed. There's a bit of hidden identity, sub/dom dynamics, as well as the plot of the medical industry in the background same as the past books in this series. Also appreciate how Bryn includes various disability rep into their stories - one MC is diabetic and I love seeing that rep too!
Narration was great too!

Alright, I did really really REALLY enjoy this. It was a little repetitive, sure, and could have used some major editing so I wasn't living the same day on repeat like Groundhog Day but without the actual time loop. It was still a good read with great narration by Simon Dornet
THOUGH I RECEIVED A SPOILER ABOUT HOW NATALIE'S DEATH IS TREATED, I WAS STILL SHOCKED, L.I.T.E.R.A.L.L.Y...S.H.O.C.K.E.D. AT HOW QUICKLY THEY MOVE ON FROM IT. It's literally five lines, a hundred words or so, between Andres finding out his ONLY SUPPORTER is dead to him being ready to fuck. Like. it was so heartless in such a nonsense way. Her death served no purpose to me, besides a few quick mentions until the end of the story. I mean, I guess there's a chance she's around still (the ~mystery of her body is a little intriguing) but that won't make up for how I felt she was treated

Sweet, sexy, and a little bit sappy. If you have enjoyed the other works in this series, you'll enjoy this one, too. I liked this one better than book 2 but still less than book 1. There are a LOT of names thrown around in this book and I haven't read the previous two books in a long time so it took me a while to figure out who were established characters and who were new people. It was kind of confusing so I wouldn't recommend starting with this one if you haven't read any books in this series yet.
