Oh my! Never Seduce a Scot tells the tale where two feuding clans are brought together in marriage by order of the King. To be wed to an Armstrong is sure to be horrible for Graeme Montgomery all by itself. But Eveline Armstrong is addled after a terrible accident several years ago. Well, at least, that is what everyone believes, even her loving family. It doesn't take much time at all, however, that Graeme discovers some fascinating facts about his new wife. Be sure to read Never Seduce a Scot to see what is ahead for these two, and for their clans. Maya Banks has done a fantastic job. I was captivated from beginning to end.

I just needed to re-read something I would enjoy and this hit the spot. Don't know what my past self was thinking, but this deserves a full 4 stars.

I really liked this one. I've just been in mood lately to revisit one of my favorite genres of romance. SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS!!! Brings backs so memories of me reading them as a young teenage girl.
Trigger Warnings: loss of a parent, bullying, mentions of sexual harassment (past), violence, kidnapping, physical assault, and death

Graeme and Eveline were the absolute cutest together! I absolutely loved their story, and how fiercely he cared for her. He was the sweetest laird ever and he treated her so well. Despite everyone treating her like she was just simply daft, he treated her like a person & showed her so much respect. i do wish that there was more of a slow-burn element because I do feel like they had sex a little too quickly for my personal taste. however it did work. Also, I absolutely loved the last 100 pgs!

I liked this story enough, for sure. There was a little eye rolling here and there, but I am intrigued by this series, so I'd totally continue with the rest :)

This is a great book if you are a fan of historical-romance manwhas. I would compare the mood to Under the Oak Tree.
It's character driven with a headstrong female lead and a stubborn protective male lead. It contains my favorite trope of close corridors and the "who did this to you" quote.
Towards the end I found it to be a bit cheesy or overly sweet. Perfect if you like that sort of style.
